Professional Experience

Dave has been privileged to represent a diverse group of clients in complex civil disputes for nearly 40 years. He has done so successfully because he continues to believe in fair fights and just results. Dave has represented publicly traded and closely-held corporations, as well as family‐owned and not for profit companies. He has handled disputes involving environmental, class action, insurance, commercial landlord & tenant, sex abuse and officer & director malfeasance matters in addition to probate disputes and creditors’ claims in the Bankruptcy Court. Dave also counsels clients on various business matters including management buyouts and sale of interests in closely held companies. He has been given the highest peer review rating (“AV”) by Martindale Hubbell.
